Overdale Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old former lead miner's cottage in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Set in a stunning location tucked away down a cobbled footpath on the side of Bradford Dale in the picturesque village of Youlgrave.A superb and very spacious one bedroom cottage, it is full of character with exposed beams and stonework, original gritstone fireplace with woodburning stove and full gas central heating.There is a spacious and comfortable beamed sitting room with exposed limestone walls, original gritstone fireplace and woodburning stove. There is a comfortable suite, flat screen TV with Freesat digital TV. Complimentary WiFi access.To the rear of the sitting room is the dining area with cast iron radiator and feature spiral staircase which leads to the bedroom and separate bathroom which has a full suite with shower over the bath.Gritstone steps lead from the sitting room to the superb beamed kitchen with exposed limestone wall. Here you will find everything you need for your stay, plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, oven and hob, fridge with 4-star freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine and combination gas boiler which gives full central heating and constant hot water.You will also find a few basic essentials such as a little tea and coffee, pint of fresh milk, dishcloth, tea towel, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and condiments. The view from the kitchen window makes washing up a pleasure!A stable door opens up to a small courtyard area with steps leading up to the gravelled garden and roof terrace which has incredible views over the dale.There is a patio table and chairs and also a garden bench where you can sit and while away the hours with a glass of wine or cup of tea and when the weather is warm and the and the sun is shining it is the perfect place to be.

Brushfield is on the Edge of Monsal Dale and lies on a sunny south facing hillside high above Taddington Dale.
Set in the midst of the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District, Middle Farm Holiday Cottages have outstanding views across open landscapes. It is an idyllic setting providing peace and tranquility.
We have two holiday cottages. Maigold Cottage is all on one level and is suitable for those with mobility needs. sleeps 4. Albertine Barn sleeps 8. Larger groups can book both cottages therefore sleeping up to 12 persons.
Both properties have ample parking, bike storage, garden and courtyard areas with furniture and barbeque. Shared laundrette facilities.
The owners live in the nearby farmhouse and whilst respecting guests privacy and independence are pleased to offer any help or advise.
Approached along a quiet country lane and surrounded by fields and woodland our holiday cottages are hidden deep in the countryside, yet are central to all the attractions of the Derbyshire Peak District.

Hartington Beech and Birch Cottages Self-catering Holiday Cottage accommodation
Beech and Birch Cottages are two three storey adjacent cottages centrally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Hartington, which is an ideal base from which to explore the Peak District National Park. The cottages are approximately 200 yards from the local village shops, Post Office and Inns.
Beech Cottage sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Birch Cottage sleeps 6 + 1, in 3 bedrooms. Each cottage has a lawned front garden, at the front, with table and chairs and BBQ. A private off road car parking space is available for one car at each property, with ample additional car parking available on the quiet adjacent road.
BEECH COTTAGE has an AA Self Catering 4* rating, scoring an excellent overall rating. The cottage is fully heated throughout, with electric storage heaters in each bedroom and the living room. The kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating and the living room also has an inviting coal/log fire. There is an unlimited supply of coal and logs, and all heating is included in the rental.
BIRCH COTTAGE has been tastefully renovated and has an AA Self Catering 4* excellent rating. The cottage is fully heated throughout with oil central heating, the living room also has a welcoming wood burning stove.
