Award winning holiday cottage in the heart of The Peak district National Park. Nestling in the conservation village of Hollinsclough, this beautiful barn conversion was renovated by the owners in 2000 and boasts all the charm and character of a stone cottage with all the conveniences of a modern home. The lounge is open to the eaves and there is a wood burning stove for added comfort. The dining kitchen is also open to the eaves and comes fully equipped including a pine table which seats six comfortably. Completing the downstairs is a twin bedroom and a cloakroom/WC. The main bathroom is upstairs next to the double bedroom. Outside there is plenty of off road parking. The pretty garden contains a barbeque and picnic bench which faces the little brook which flows through the garden on its way to joining the nearby River Dove. Hollinsclough is a delightful small village in the Upper Dove valley - there is wonderful scenery all around, and magnificent walking and cycling from the door. Smoke/pet free. Sleeps up to four in a double room and a twin room. Travel cot available. Lettings are Saturday to Saturday from £295 per week including fuel and linen.

Beech and Birch Cottages are two three storey adjacent cottages centrally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Hartington, which is an ideal base from which to explore the Peak District National Park. The cottages are approximately 200 yards from the local village shops, Post Office and Inns. Beech Cottage sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Birch Cottage sleeps 6 + 1, in 3 bedrooms. A private off road car parking space is available for one car at each property, with ample additional car parking available on the quiet adjacent road. A little further and you are in Uppermill with its many stone buildings, larger range of shops, eateries, museum and the attractive canal with narrowboat trip options. Enjoying wonderful countryside views Rokeby cottage occupies a lovely position on Jaggers Lane in the beautiful Peak District National Park village of Hathersage. Originally traditional accommodation for a farm worker's family; the cottage has been completely modernised to offer cosy, high quality, very well-equipped accommodation with delightful views and the amenities of the village on the doorstep. The cottage sleeps 2-3 people. The living room has two sofas and an electric wooder-burner effect stove. The TV/DVD player together with some holiday DVDs are discretely positioned within a cupboard so that they can be kept out of the way if not required. Pass though a low doorway to the well fitted kitchen with dining area. The kitchen includes all you would need for a self-catering break. Through french windows to South-West facing patio with outside dining area and small utility room which houses washer and dryer. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double 'four poster' bed. There is also a single bedroom with south-westerly views. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and adequate space for bags to be stored. Amenities Full gas central heating, additional heating from electric woodburner-effect stove in sitting room. Water is heated as it is used from a gas powered combi boiler. Electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer in outside utility room (converted from outside toilet). Colour TV (including Freeview) with DVD and stereo CD player. Wireless internet access, fuel and power included with rental. Bed linen and towels included in rental. Off road parking for 1 small car, additional roadside parking available.
