Comfortable, well-appointed cottage on our working farm with woodlands and fields. We are approximately 1 mile from the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. Chevinside Cottage sleeps from 2 to 4 people in one double bedroom and one twin.

Chevin Side Cottage stands on a lovely elevated site in its own grounds surrounded by gardens and fields. It is completely detached with fine panoramic views of the area.

Entrance: Tiled entrance hall with coat hooks

Bedroom 1: Double Bedroom, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside drawers. Bed linen included.

Bedroom 2: Twin Bedroom including bedside drawer. Bed linen included.

Kitchen: Open plan kitchen and dining area, well equipped with electric cooker, washer, dryer, microwave and fridge freezer.

Lounge: Open brick fireplace, suite, TV and Video. Distinctive French door opening onto patio area and garden.

Bathroom: Bathroom with washbasin, WC and bath with shower. Towels included.

Extras: Cot and High Chair available if required.

Heating: Storage heaters running Heatwise Tariff , charged by meter readings are installed. There is also an open fire for which logs may be purchased from the farmhouse.

Parking: Off road parking for two cars

Pets: Small pets may be accepted by prior arrangement

Bedlinen and Towels: Provided at no extra cost

Bookings:

Lettings from 3pm on day of arrival and departure between 10 and 10.30am. These times can be flexible to suit your needs by prior arrangement.
